Mohammad Kaif criticzes KKR for the treatment of this player

Mohammad Kaif slams KKR and their management over the treatment of star spinner Kuldeep Yadav.

Mohammad Kaif was not happy with the way KKR handled Kuldeep Yadav. He said in a statement that he needs to be “managed well” as he is “emotional.”

Mohammad Kaif is a former Indian cricketer. He was an integral part of the middle order alongside another Indian legend Yuvraj Singh.

Both, Mohammad Kaif and Yuvraj Singh stitched a solid partnership where they took India home against England. The match where BCCI President Sourav Ganguly did his famous ” shirt waving celebration.”

Kaif also captained the Indian U 19 team to a world cup win in 2000.

Kaif feels that the Kuldeep Yadav situation could have been handled better by both KKR and the captains Dinesh Karthik and Eoin Morgan.

“Kuldeep Yadav is a proven match-winner. But he is someone who also needs to be managed well. He is a bit emotional and feels low if he isn’t given the bowling or is dropped from the team.”

“The way he was treated at KKR when Dinesh Karthik and Eoin Morgan were the captains, he used to be made to sit at home and not even in the squad. When you behave like this, any match-winner feels the pressure”, he further added.

Kuldeep Yadav was released by KKR before Tata IPL 2022 Mega Auction. The left arm spinner was grabbed up by Delhi Capitals for INR 2 crore.

He proved his worth in the first match of the season when DC took on hosts MI. Yadav ended his 4 over spell with the figures 3/18.

He also won the player of the match award for his outstanding display with the ball.
