Australia captain Pat Cummins believes it is critical for the team to perform well on their subcontinent tours this year, beginning with Pakistan, to achieve their goal of retaining their World No. 1 Test status. In March, the Australian cricket team will visit Pakistan. Austriala will play a three-match test series with Pakistan, which will start on March 4th.
Cummins is aware of the various situations that may arise in Pakistan. The first test will be held in Rawalpindi on March 4, followed by the second test in Karachi on March 12, and the third and final test in Lahore on March 21.
While quarantined in Melbourne, Australia has been planning to travel to Islamabad later this month.
“Australia’s goal is to win the test series,” Cummins remarked. Pat Cummins thinks that there will be two victories and one defeat; it might be suffering some difficult test matches with the goal of drawing.” “He is not sure.
We’re not sure what to expect out there. However, sub-continent test matches might be played quickly or slowly.
Australian cricket has only won five out of 28 Tests in Asia since it won the series in India in 2004. Three of those were against Bangladesh. A series of Test matches will be played in 2022 in Pakistan, India, and Sri Lanka.
