Arunachal Pradesh will square off against Mizoram in Round three of the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2021 at the Soul Feel Cricket Stadium in Jaipur.
Having lost the two matches that they have played Arunachal Pradesh is struggling at the moment in the competition. They lost to Nagaland in their previous fixture. Batting first, AP managed to score only 200 runs getting knocked over in the last over. The bowling unit had a tough task to defend the total and tried their level best couldn’t defend the total as Nagaland chased down the total in the 42nd over, winning the game by five wickets.
On the other hand, Mizoram got off to a winning start but failed to capitalize on the winning momentum as they lost to Sikkim in their last match. They lost the toss and were batting first but the batting line-up failed to adapt to the conditions as they could only score 183 runs losing 9 wickets. The bowling unit had a task on their hand but failed to defend the total as Sikkim chased down the total with five overs still left to play.
