Unadkat takes the position of Shami for Tests in Bangladesh
Unadkat has appeared in seven One-Day Internationals and his ten T20 Internationals. The Indian team will have two tests with Bangladesh from December 14th. The Saurashtra captain has taken 353 wickets in his 96 first-class matches. In the only Test he played, Unadkat went wicketless as India lost by an innings to South Africa.
Saurashtra fast bowler Jaydev Unadkat, 31, has been added to the Indian Test squad for the two-match series against Bangladesh. Unadkat said he had done one Indian test in South Africa in 2010 and was also injured. In his last three seasons in Ranji’s Trophy, Unadkat has taken 115 wickets in his 21 matches.
