PV Sindhu hoisted the tricolor in Singapore , defeating the Chinese player in the final to win the third title of the year .
PV Sindhu defeated Wang Zhi Yi of China 21-9, 11-21, 21-15 in the final match that lasted 3 sets . This is Sindhu’s third title this year . Earlier she has won two super 300 titles at Syed Modi International and Swiss Open .
Sindhu had a great start in this match and won the first game with a margin of 21-9 . They won the first game in just 12 minutes . Sindhu had scored 13 points in a row .
However ,in the second game , the Chinese made a comeback and won the second set 21-11 . Now the match was tied and the third set was the deciding factor . In the third set , there was fierce fight between the two players and in the end Sindhu won by a margin of 21-15 . Earlier she had defeated Saena kawakami of Japan 21-15 , 21-7 in the semi-final match .
Many veteran celebrities have also congratulated on this big victory of PV Sindhu . Panja Sai Dharam Tej is an Indian actor who works in Telugu films said ,
