Shooting WC 2022 : Mehuli Ghosh and Tushar won Air Rifle Mixed Team Gold
The pair of Mehuli Ghosh and Shahu Tushar defeated the Hungarian pair of Eszter Meszaros and Istvan Pen by a margin of 17-13 to win the gold medal. However, the pair of Palak and Shiva had to be content with the bronze medal.
Indian players continue their stellar performance in the ISSF Shooting World Cup. In the mixed event of 10m air rifle, India’s pair of Tushar Mane and Mehuli Ghosh won the gold medal. At the same time, the pair of Palak and Shiva Narwal had to be content with the bronze medal.

In the match for the third place also, the Indian pair played a brilliant game and won the bronze medal. In this competition, shooters from Israel reached fourth and shooters from Czech Republic came in fifth place.
Tushar won gold for the first time
Tushar has won gold for India for the first time, while Mehuli has achieved this for the second time. Mehuli won the gold medal for the country for the first time in the 2019 South Asian Games in Kathmandu.
In the mixed event of air pistol, the pair of Palak and Shiva defeated the pair of Valeriy Rakhimzhan and Irina Loktionova Kazakhstan by a margin of 16-0 in a one-sided match.
After a stellar performance on Wednesday, India have moved up to the second spot after Serbia in the ISSF Shooting World Cup. India has so far won two gold medals and one bronze medal.
