PKL: Gujarat Giants vs Jaipur Pink Panthers

Gujarat Giants will face off against Jaipur Pink Panthers on December 23 in their opening match of the Pro Kabaddi League 2021.

The Giants from Gujarat had a depressing previous edition as they ended ninth in the points table with only seven wins, including 13 defeats, and two draw games. The Panthers from Jaipur, on the other hand, also had a bleak run. As far as the Panthers are worried, they also failed to enter for the next round the previous season as they ended seventh in the table with nine wins and 11 losses, while a couple of games completed in draws.

Deepak Niwas Hooda will be directing Jaipur’s raiding unit from the front. It will be a challenging job for Giants to take down the Hooda typhoon marching at them. The pair of ‘Sunil-Parvesh’ did drive to get the finer of Deepak Hooda in their last meeting as the Panthers captain managed only 4 points reached to a collective 8. The cover defender pair will be accompanied by star corners Ravinder Pahal and Girish Ernak on guard.
