PKL: Bengaluru Bulls Vs U Mumba
The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) is back with a much more adrenaline rush. The 2021 session of PKL gets underway from December 22 and will continue till January 22, 2022.
To make things engaging the organisers have launched a new ‘Triple Panga’ (triple headers) attribute. The opening match of PKL 2021-22 begins off with the first of the seven Triple Panga fixtures in the first half of the season.
The opening clash between former champions Bengaluru Bulls and U Mumba is on today 22 December.
The Bengaluru Bulls ended sixth in the points table in PKL 7 to allow for the playoffs. They beat UP Yoddha in the eliminator to move to the semifinals. Yet, the Bulls failed the semifinal to Dabang Delhi KC 38-44 to slam out of the tournament.
Both teams will be keen to enhance their last season’s performances as they set their eyes on their second Pro Kabaddi League trophy.
Bengaluru Bulls
This season, the Bulls have created one of the finest raiding trios in the league. Alongside their star Pawan Kumar Sehrawat, they have counted the knowledge of Chandran Ranjit and Deepak Narwal.
U Mumba
U Mumba have charged the youth to finish the job this season. They kept their star defender, Fazel Atrachali, ahead of the auction and created a young team around him.
