Misbah-ul-Haq shares his views on Kohli batting woes
Former Pakistani captain, Misbah-ul-haq in an interview said that “Virat Kohli tries to dominate because of ego and pride but is overdoing it.”
It’s been a while since Virat Kohli has been at the top of his form. Misbah-ul-Haq thinks that sometimes, he overdoes his aggression and as a result, mounts more pressure on himself.
Kohli is still searching for the elusive 71st ton. He has scored a lot of runs but is yet to register a ton since 2019.

Deliveries outside the line of off-stump have always troubled Kohli but of late, things have become worse.
Speaking on the ICA Sports YouTube channel, Misbah said “Virat Kohli looks to chase outside-off deliveries a lot and has been dismissed in that manner multiple times. We can see the technical issues, but the reason why he is doing that is because of mental issues.”
Kohli’s nature is that off an attacking batsman but, the former Pakistan captain feels that if Kohli gives himself more time, plays more conservatively, he will start breaking records again.
