IPL 2022: SRH still in contention after MI win
IPL 2022: Match number 65 of Tata IPL 2022 sees Mumbai Indians face off against SunRisers Hyderabad at the Wankhede Stadium.
If the Mumbai Indians lose to the Delhi Capitals, Punjab Kings, SunRisers Hyderabad, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Kolkata Knight Riders will be ELIMINATED.
SunRisers now play a make or break game vs the Punjab Kings, whereas MI, who carry the hopes of teams, face Delhi Capitals.
Rahul Tripathi is adjudged the player of the match for his memorable outing.
Ramandeep on the other hand picked up 3 wickets and scored 14(6) totake MI to their highest score of the season.
The biggest positive for MI were Tim David and Ramandeep Singh. David scored at a strike rateof 255+!
The match looked well out of reach when Umran Malik was in full flow, picking 2 wickets in an over but, Tim David almost took the record champions to a win.
Despite going for 26 runs in the 18th over, Fazalhaq Farooqi and Bhuvneshwar Kumar hold their nerves to help SRH over the line.
