CSK need to chase down the target of 188 runs in 20 overs but were not able to get over the line as they lost wickets in every phase of the game, it started with Robin Uthappa’s wicket in 1.5 overs.
Soon after him Mitchell Santner also fell early without taking advantage of the powerplay.

CSK were reeling at 40/3 but Rayudu and Gaikwad’s partnership of 49 runs took them ahead.
