Indian boxing star Neeraj Goyat wins his fight against Thai boxer Rachata Khaophimai

Boxing: Neeraj Goyat takes another win by Knock-Out in the 2nd round, as he beat Rachata Khaophimai.

Neeraj Goyat has been achieving new heights in Boxing, since starting his professional career. He won the title of “India’s most promising boxer” in 2008. He is also the first professional boxer who played three fights of twelve rounds and won it.

Neeraj is also the first Indian boxer to have made it to WBC World Rankings (Ranked 20).

Add to this a 22nd win in a pro fight, today. After the fight, Goyat said, ” I would like to thank my fans from across the globe for standing by me and supporting me in today’s  fight, today’s victory is dedicated to all my fans and I promise you all that this is just the beginning.

“I would like to continue with my winning streak and  keep striving to develop a long-lasting professional career, which will ensure I can leave a long lasting legacy for all pro boxing aspirants from India,” added Neeraj, after his win by TKO.

The Indian champ was full of praise for the Thai boxer before the match, as he spoke about the marvelous record, the young Thai boxer had, before the bout. He also claimed that if he were to win this battle, he will get more such competitive fights, for the rest of the year.

Today, he did exactly that, as he went on to win.

Neeraj Goyat expects a lot of medals from India in the Commonwealth Games, 2022, commencing in Birmingham, next month.

“As for the results from the Commonwealth games, I expect 6 Medals off which, 2 will be Gold. This is a prediction purely based on the trust and awe I have for the Coaching of Narender Rana and the talented individuals that India has sent to compete for the Medals at the Commonwealth Games, 2022,” signed off Neeraj Goyat.
