Gautam Gambhir will once again be seen on the cricket field
Gautam Gambhir:Legend League Cricket on Friday confirmed the participation of former India opener Gautam Gambhir for the league starting September 17. Gambhir is known for his aggressive batting in all three formats.
After joining LLC Season 2, Gambhir said that I am excited to play on the cricket field once again. It would certainly be a matter of privilege and honor for me. Last week the league added some more players like Chris Gayle, Harbhajan Singh, Virender Sehwag, Shane Watson, Brett Lee, Mohammad Kaif, Irfan Pathan, Muttiah Muralitharan and Jacques Kallis.

Gautam Gambhir has been a part of the team in the T20 World Cup in 2007 and the ODI World Cup in 2011. Gambhir is remembered as the player to score 97 runs in the 2011 World Cup final against Sri Lanka
Gambhir has represented India in 58 Tests, 147 ODIs and 37 T20Is. Apart from 4154 runs in Test matches, he has scored 6170 runs in limited overs cricket. He also captained Kolkata Knight Riders to win two IPL titles in 2012 and 2014
Ganguly will lead the Indian team
The upcoming season of the Cricket League will be played in a total of 6 Indian cities. The matches will be played in Delhi, Kolkata, Cuttack, Jodhpur, Lucknow and Rajkot. The league has also announced that the match between Indian maharajas and world legends will be played at the Eden Gardens on 16 September. Former India captain and current BCCI President Sourav Ganguly will lead India while the world team will be captained by the 2019 World Cup winning England captain Eoin Morgan.
