Can Liverpool win their 2nd trophy tonight?
FA Cup Final: Liverpool FC and Chelsea FC meet at the Wembley Stadium for the oldest cup final match in the world here on Saturday
Chelsea FC are going through a rough patch after some unavoidable problems off the pitch. The long-time owner Roman Abramovich was given sanctions to leave the ownership of the club. Then, they had a few problems from Romelu Lukaku’s side, arising from his comments made about the club in mid-season. Their loss at the hands of Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter-final stage also played its part. But, somehow Thomas Tuchel held his ground and The Blues will probably finish the season in the top 4 in EPL and may snatch a win in the FA Cup final. It’s fair to say that despite the problems faced off the pitch, Tuchel and his lads gave their best and a win at Wembley may turn the dismal season into a success.
Liverpool FC are one the best teams this season. Their performances have been exceptional throughout the campaign. Many fans from England had predicted, that they would be the first team to win the quadruple. Having won the Carabao Cup, they are a point short of Manchester City in the EPL title race and that will go down till the last day. In the Champions League, they are the favorites to win against Madrid in Paris. So, a win here may complete the quadruple. But, Klopp had already said, focusing on each game should be the priority. Given Liverpool’s form, they will be the favourites in this FA Cup Final too.
