‘Best surprise I’ve ever received’: Mohammed Siraj

Virat Kohli gave Hyderabad-born cricketer Mohammed Siraj one of the greatest surprises of his life when he accepted his invitation to visit his house in Toli Chowki and surprised him.

Siraj said that he had invited his Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) team members to his home for a biryani feast but was left sad when Kohli told him he wouldn’t be able to join owing to a back problem.

I invited the whole RCB team at my house for dinner. I went straight from the hotel to my house. When I contacted him (Virat), he responded, “I have a stiff back, miyan, and I can’t come.” “According to Siraj on The RCB Podcast.

“I told him he needed to rest. What else could I possibly say? But as everyone arrived, I noticed him getting out of the car. PP (Parthiv Patel) Bhai, Chahal Bhai, everyone was present. I simply hurried up to Bhaiya (Virat) and hugged him. It was the finest surprise I’d ever received. Because Bhaiya (Virat) has stated that he would not attend. Virat Kohli visited Toli Chowki, which made the headlines.

Siraj remembered how his life had changed drastically since beginning to play in the IPL. Siraj was one of three players retained by RCB for IPL 2022.

“I only had troubles since my father drove a vehicle and I only had a Platina.” Dad used to give me 60 rupees for a gallon of gasoline. That would get me to Uppal Stadium, which was very distant from my place. All my hardships came to an end when I was chosen for the IPL. Dad stopped driving the car, Mom quit performing housework, we stopped living in rental housing, and we purchased a new home. I didn’t require anything else in my life. All I needed was my parents to be content in our home. IPL provided me prominence and taught me how to interact in social circles by meeting and chatting to so many people.
