2021 World Swimming Championships
The 15th FINA World Swimming Championships (25M) is all set to start today on 16 December to 21 December 2021 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It was earlier planned for 13 to 18 December but pushed back three days on 24 February 2021.
Initially planned to be held in 2020, the championships were moved back one year as an outcome of the COVID-19 pandemic. The match will take place in a 25-meter fleeting pool established at Etihad Arena.
A four-member from Indian are Srihari Nataraj, Kushagra Rawat, Sajan Prakash and Ridhima Veerender Kumar will be competing at the World Swimming Championships in 25 m stages.
India has never had any awards in the previous 14 editions of the World Swimming World Championships (25m), which has been going on since 1993.
This will be the first international competition for India’s top swimmers since the Tokyo Olympics. The World Swimming Championships (25 m) will be streamed live on the FINA YouTube channel and other social media channels.
