The Haryana Steelers haven’t had the start they hoped for in the lead-up to the season. They have won two and lost three of their five games so far but could have easily been on the winning side in a couple of those losses. Coach Rakesh Kumar will need to address the team’s inability to stop leaking points in a flurry, a primary reason for two of their three losses this season. The Steelers will be a tough team to beat if they can keep that in check.
U Mumba will be pleased with their start in Season 8. They sit fourth on the points table, six points behind league leaders Bengaluru Bulls with a game in hand. U Mumba have lost only one of their five matches so far. They led by nine in that loss and could have avoided defeat had the team not crumbled in the second half. U Mumba will look to continue their good start to the season and climb to second on the points with a win.
Haryana Steelers have played nine games against the U Mumba and have won three, losing the other six.
